Maintaining or improving your level of physical activity is crucial to supporting mobility and preventing age-related diseases, including memory loss and dementia. We are dedicated to helping you stay active and attain your fitness goals no matter your level.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center boasts three distinct spaces
Our Fitness Director provides instructor-led programming for every ability level in our spacious and bright group fitness studio. Our unmatched schedule of fitness classes includes everything to keep your body and mind fit, including many SilverSneakers offerings. But our commitment to fitness goes beyond offering the basic standards, we also proudly offer state-of-the-art training proven to enhance brain and body connection, strength and bone density, cognitive abilities, and balance From Yoga to Zumba Gold, Drums Alive to beginner balance training, we have something for everyone. We even build in the element of fun and competition with games like Four Pong, Pickle Ball and Ping Pong, just to name a few.
Work out at your own pace or opt for one on one personal training in our strength and cardiovascular training studio. Work out on treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, or strength equipment. Hand-held weights, resistance bands, and stability balls are also available for resident use.
Our expansive heated indoor pool and spa offer residents a luxurious space to enjoy all year round. Splash into shape in an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise class, enjoy open swim time with your friends or family, or join in on a game of pool volleyball. Movement in the water is easier on the joints while at the same time providing the resistance needed for building strength. Open 7 days a week, all year round, you can relax or invigorate your body, mind and soul in our heated pool and spa.
