Lecture on Jihad & Terrorism

Shaker Pointe welcomes Mr. Sohaib Chekima who will present on the topic of Islam, Jihad and Terrorism as it pertains to today’s current political environment and the complexities surrounding matters of religion and politics.  Chekima currently teaches Arabic at Union College and is the faculty advisor of the Muslim Students Associations at three institutes.  He is working towards a PhD in International Business & Education in Malaysia.  Join us at 6:30 p.m. in our Multi-purpose Room for the presentation.  Please RSVP by calling (518) 250-4900.
