Cardio Aerobics Class

Our residents have a lot to keep them busy here at Shaker Pointe.  Our group exercise schedule has a little something for everyone!  This Wednesday take a peek at our offered advanced cardio aerobics class.  Its hard not to move to the music during this upbeat and energizing program.  This workout includes cardio moves, upper body strength, abdominal conditioning and stretching.   Everyone works at their own pace and the environment in our aerobics studio is always fun and relaxed.  Just ask our residents the class is always full!    Cardio Aerobics Class
