Our staff takes care of any task, no matter the size. Taking care of routine tasks such as changing a light bulb, air filter, or replacing smoke detector batteries are all things of the past! It’s like having a plumber, electrician, and handyman available as needed. All exterior maintenance associated with snow removal and landscaping are included in Shaker Pointe’s monthly fee, never shovel a sidewalk again!
Shaker Pointe provides 24 hour security around the entire campus, so you can feel safe and secure both inside and outside of your home. Secured and monitored entryways and campus wide camera coverage ensures personal safety so you never have to worry about the unexpected. We also provide each resident with a Lifeline emergency response system.
You will always feel comfortable when going out of town for a holiday weekend or month-long vacation. Enjoy your travels more knowing that your home and everything in it will be protected. Need to pick up some supplies at the grocery store? Shaker Pointe provides scheduled transportation to shopping centers, events and medical appointments, so you never have to drive if you don’t want to!
Electric, heating and cooling, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, local/long distance telephone, and interior maintenance are all included in your monthly fee! As part of our provided interior maintenance, Shaker Pointe has scheduled housekeeping for all homes every other week with a bi-annual deeper clean in the spring and fall.
